កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពក្រុងប៉ារីស គឺមិនអាចយកមកដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែន បាននោះឡើយ ហើយធាតុចូលនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ មាននៅក្នុងរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាអស់ទៅហើយ។

ហើយបើសិនជាយកកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពក្នុងប៉ារីស មកដោះស្រាយ តើសហប្រធានឥណ្ឌូណេស៊ី និងបារាំង រួមទាំងបណ្តាប្រទេសហត្ថលេខី យល់ព្រមដែរទេ? ពិតជាមិនអាចទៅរួច ដោយសារតែកម្ពុជា និងថៃ បានចោទគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ រឿងរ៉ាវព្រំដែនជាមួយថៃ គឺទៅហួសទៅដល់តុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ (ICJ) ទៅហើយ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ប្រទេសយើងទាំងពីរឈានទៅដល់ការចរចាសន្តិភាព ដោយមិនពឹងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពក្រុងប៉ារីសឡើយ”។

“Where should it be implemented? Look at all the points. This is a question for those who propose using the Paris Peace Agreements to resolve the border dispute with Thailand.

The Paris Peace Agreement cannot be used to resolve the border issue, as its provisions are already incorporated into the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Furthermore, if the Paris Peace Agreements were to be used to address this issue, would the co-chair countries, Indonesia and France, as well as the signatory states, agree to it? It is certainly not possible, because Cambodia and Thailand have accused each other.

At the same time, the border issue with Thailand has already gone beyond the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Currently, our two countries are engaging in peace negotiations without relying on the Paris Peace Accords.”
