ឯកឧត្តម យោង ចាន់សុភារ អគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍រងកម្ពុជាប្រចាំអ.ស.ប. នៅទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រោមប្រធានបទ “តួនាទីរបស់មហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមនៅក្នុងពេលដែលបែកខ្ញែក”
នៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម យោង ចាន់សុភារ អគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍រងកម្ពុជាប្រចាំអ.ស.ប. នៅទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រោមប្រធានបទ “តួនាទីរបស់មហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមនៅក្នុងពេលដែលបែកខ្ញែក” ដែលដឹកនាំរួមគ្នាដោយលោកជំទាវ Annalena Baerbock ប្រធានមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. លើកទី៨០ និងឯកឧត្តម Lok Bahadur Thapa ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គម នៅទីស្នាក់ការអ.ស.ប. នាទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈគ្នាអំពី (១) ការពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងសហថាមភាពរវាងមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម សំដៅជំរុញការថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព សន្តិសុខ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ព្រមទាំង (២) ការជំរុញគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើម UN80 ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យអ.ស.ប. កាន់តែមានសក្ត័សិទ្ធភាព ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងខ្លាំងក្លាជាងមុន។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គរាជទូត បានចែករំលែកចំណុចគន្លឹះចំនួន ៣ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងមហាសន្និបាតអ.ស.ប. និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គម៖ (១) ការប្រើប្រាស់អំណាចរបស់ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កំណើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងការគាំពារសង្គម (២) ការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងការបង្ការជម្លោះ កាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង តាមរយៈផែនការការងារដែលមានការសម្របសម្រួលគ្នា និងកិច្ចប្រជុំរួម និង (៣) ការបង្កើនសំឡេងរបស់ប្រទេសស្ថិតក្នុងស្ថានភាពពិសេស ដែលជួបប្រទះនឹងបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្សារភ្ជាប់គ្នារវាងការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងសន្តិភាព។

On January 30, 2026, His Excellency Yaung Chansophea, Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations (UN), attended the briefing under the theme “Role of the General Assembly and the Economic and Social Council in Fragmented Times”, jointly led by Her Excellency Annalena Baerbock, President of the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly, and His Excellency Lok Bahadur Thapa, President of the Economic and Social Council, at the UN Headquarters in New York.
The Meeting exchanged views on (1) further strengthening the role of and the synergy between the General Assembly and ECOSOC in order to foster the maintenance of international peace, security and development and (2) advancing the UN80 Initiative to make the UN more efficient, more effective and stronger.
On that occasion, Ambassador Yaung highlighted three key points in order to deepen cooperation between the General Assembly and ECOSOC: (1) leveraging their convening power to promote inclusive growth and social protection (2) better integrating sustainable development and conflict prevention through coordinated workplans and joint briefings; (3) amplifying the voices of countries in special situations facing interconnected peace and development challenges.
