សូម UNESCO, , ICCROM និងស្ថាប័នវប្បធម៌ និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិការពារសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌ

ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ មិICOMOSនត្រឹមតែជាប្រាសាទបុរាណប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ថែមទាំងជាទីតាំងសាសនាដ៏ពិសិដ្ឋ និងជានិមិត្តរូបដែលមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាននៃអរិយធម៌ខ្មែរ។ ការខូចខាតដោយចេតនា ជាការរំលោភបំពានយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំងអនុសញ្ញាទីក្រុងឡាអេ ឆ្នាំ១៩៥៤ ស្តីពីការការពារទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិវប្បធម៌ក្នុងករណីមានជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធ។

សូមអំពាវនាវដោយគោរពដល់ UNESCO, ICOMOS, ICCROM និងស្ថាប័នវប្បធម៌ និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិផ្សេងទៀតឱ្យ៖
• ស៊ើបអង្កេតឯករាជ្យ
• ថ្កោលទោសជាសាធារណៈចំពោះទង្វើទាំងនេះ
• ចាត់វិធានការសមស្រប រួមទាំងទណ្ឌកម្ម ប្រឆាំងនឹងអ្នកដែលទទួលខុសត្រូវ។
ការបំផ្លាញនេះ មិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាការខូចខាតខាងរូបវន្តនោះទេ វាគឺជាការវាយប្រហារលើប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ សាសនា អត្តសញ្ញាណ និងបេតិកភណ្ឌរួមរបស់មនុស្សជាតិ។

ភាពស្ងៀមស្ងាត់អាចនាំឱ្យមានការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញ ខណៈបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ត្រូវតែការពារដោយគ្មានករណីលើកលែង។

Cultural heritage calls upon UNESCO, ICOMOS, ICCROM, and other international cultural and legal institutions to protect:
Preah Vihear is not only an ancient temple; it is a sacred religious site and an irreplaceable symbol of Khmer civilization. The deliberate damage to its stone structures constitutes a serious violation of international law, including the 1954 Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict.
We respectfully call upon UNESCO, ICOMOS, ICCROM, and other international cultural and legal institutions to:
• Conduct an independent investigation
• Publicly condemn these acts
• Take appropriate measures, including sanctions, against those responsible
Destroying a stone bridge is not merely physical damage. It is an assault on history, religion, identity, and humanity’s shared heritage.
Silence enables destruction.
Cultural heritage must be protected without exception.
