ប្រមុខការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា ៖ កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន GBC កម្ពុជា-ថៃ រយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃនេះប្រកបដោយភាពវិជ្ជមាន

ប្រមុខការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ទៀ សីហា នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥បានលើកឡើងថា កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន GBC កម្ពុជា-ថៃរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃនេះប្រកបដោយភាពវិជ្ជមាន និងធាតុចូលជាច្រើនរបស់កម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្តម បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ភាគីម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួល និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅសម្រាប់គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្តម ថ្លែងថា ក្នុងឱកាសជំនួបទ្វេភាគី ភាគីកម្ពុជាទទួលបានការយកចិត្តទុកខ្ពស់ ពីឯកឧត្តម អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី ដែលបានបង្ហាញពីឆន្ទៈនៃការចង់ឃើញជោគជ័យនៃការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់រវាង ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសថៃ ដោយជំរុញឱ្យមានការបង្កើតឯកសារក្រមប្រតិបត្តិ (TOR ) នឹងជួយឱ្យឈានទៅការបង្កើតក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AMT) ដែលនឹងក្លាយជាយន្តការតាមដានការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។
ឯកឧត្តម បានបន្តថា ក្រោមសម្របសម្រួលរបស់ភាគីម៉ាឡេស៊ីបានធ្វើឱ្យដំណើរការនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារលេខាធិការដ្ឋានរបស់ GBC នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃនេះ ប្រកបដោយភាពវិជ្ជមាន និងធាតុចូលជាច្រើនរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលភាគីថៃក៏បានយល់ស្រប ក្នុងទទួលយក ដោយឡែកភាគីថៃក៏មានចំណុចល្អខ្លះដែលកម្ពុជាទទួលយកបានដូចគ្នា។
ឯកឧត្តម ថ្លែងថា ក៏បានរំលេចប្រសាសន៍របស់ឯកឧត្តម អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី លើកឡើងថា ‘’Peace is Expensive, Life is Precious, Time is Essence” ‘’សន្តិភាពពិតជាមានតម្លៃ ជីវិតពិតជាថ្លៃថ្លា ពេលវេលាគឺមានកំណត់’’ ។

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Malaysian side for their warm hospitality and excellent facilitation provided to the Cambodian delegation. During the bilateral discussions, the Cambodian delegation was accorded high-level attention by His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of the Malaysian Armed Forces, who reaffirmed Malaysia’s strong support for the successful implementation of the ceasefire between Cambodia and Thailand. He emphasized the importance of establishing a clear Terms of Reference (TOR) to pave the way for the establishment of the ASEAN Monitoring Team (AMT), a mechanism that will play a vital role to ensure an effective implementation of theceasefire agreement.
Under Malaysia’s coordination, the three-day GBC Secretariat meeting of the two countries was constructive and productive. The Cambodian delegation actively contributed to the discussions, and we are pleased that many of our proposals have been accepted by the Thai side. At the same time, Cambodia has also acknowledged and accepted several valuable input from Thailand, reflecting a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation.
I would also like to highlight the powerful words of His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of the Malaysian Armed Forces stated “Peace is expensive, Life is precious, Time is of the essence.”
