នៅវេលាម៉ោង១១:០០នាទីយប់ ថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី១១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) អញ្ជើញបន្តចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែង ភូមិជោគជ័យ និងភូមិព្រៃចាន់ ឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ដើម្បីសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍ ក្រោយពីបានទទួលព័ត៌មាន មានការចាក់ធុងបាស់បំពងសំលេងពីភាគីថៃមកលើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា រួមមានទាំងអ្នកឈឺ មនុស្សចាស់ កុមារ និងជនពិការ នៅពេលយប់ស្ងាត់។ សំលេងរួមមាន៖ សំឡេងខ្មោច សំឡេងឆ្កែព្រុស និងសំឡេងឆ្កែលូ ជាដើម។

On Saturday Night, 11 October 2025, at 11:00 PM , the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in coordination with the Interim Observer Team (IOT), conducted a field mission to Chouk Chey and Prey Chan Villages, O’Bei ChoN Commune, Ou Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province. This visit was carried out in order to observe, verify, and report after receiving information that loudspeakers from the Thai side had broadcasted haunting sounds to Cambodian citizen affecting the sick, the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities, during the night. The broadcasted sounds reportedly resembled haunting ghosts, barking, and howling dogs.
