នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី រួមនិងសមាជិក បានអញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែង ដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ តាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំងទំលាក់គ្រាប់ MK-84 នៅភូមិសែនរុងរឿង៤ ឃុំមរកត ស្រុកជាំក្សាន្ត ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ដេីម្បីសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍ ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់បានចូលជាធរមាន ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមិនលម្អៀត ស្របតាមអាណត្តិរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងការធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

On Tuesday morning, 14 October 2025, the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia facilitated the visit of the Interim Observer Team (IOT), led by Malaysia, along with its members, to inspect the actual locations affected by the use of a military jets to drop MK-84 bombs in Sen Rung Reurng 4 Village, Morokot Commune, Choam Ksan District, Preah Vihear Province, in order to clearly, accurately and consistently observe, verify, and report following the enforcement of the ceasefire agreement, in accordance with its mandate to ensure the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire.
